What if I am missing a piece?

If you are missing a piece from your puzzle, don't worry, these things happen.

First step is to complete the puzzle. More often than not, the piece eventually shows up even if you are convinced it is nowhere to be found.

Once complete, please take 2 pictures of the puzzle. One picture showing the whole puzzle and a second picture showing a zoomed in version where the piece is missing.

Please email the pictures to us with the name of the store that you purchased through and we will organise to send you the replacement piece. You can use this Contact Us form to email.

How do you choose which artists to collaborate with?

We are always keeping an eye out for emerging and established local artists who we would like to collaborate with. Not every artwork makes a great puzzle, there are so many different factors to carefully consider. If you are an artist or know someone who would like to collaborate please get in touch through our Contact Us form. We would love to hear from you!

When will The Puzzle Collab be available Internationally?

At the moment The Puzzle Collab is available to purchase in Australia & New Zealand. We are looking to ship internationally in late 2026/early 2027. If you are an international retailer looking to stock The Puzzle Collab, please reach out to us here.

Do you Wholesale?

The Puzzle Collab has partnered with Weekend Hub to distribute our puzzles to retailers throughout Australia & New Zealand. You can find information about wholesale here. We are looking to ship internationally in late 2026/early 2027. We are currently working on a Stockist Page so people can easily find their nearest Puzzle Collab retailer in store or online.
